Recognized as a “Healthcare Hero” in 2019 by BusinessWest.com, Emily Uguccioni is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. She first joined our Berkshire Healthcare family in 2015, as Executive Director of Linda Manor Assisted Living, and now leads the Day Brook Village team to excellence each day. Emily is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has served as a member of the Education Conference Committee of the Alzheimer’s Association of Connecticut and on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Coalition to Improve End of Life Care. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and young son, who has grown up as part of the Berkshire Healthcare family.

Tom has over twenty-two years of experience as a nursing home administrator and has an excellent reputation in the long-term care field. He served as the Administrator of Holyoke Health Care Center for over a decade and is well known in the Holyoke community for his leadership in long-term care and for his civic involvement with the Rotary Club. At the Day Brook Village Nursing Care Center, Tom guides our team to deliver superior care each day to our short-term guests and long-term residents.
