Providing the right level of assistance when needed.
Our CARF-accredited assistance in living lifestyle discreetly delivers the support needed to enjoy life in our close-knit community.
Personal care assistance is tailored to meet individual needs for bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and medication reminders. We even take care of the little things that make a big difference, like making the bed every day and washing a load of personal laundry each week.
Spend your time the way you choose—strolling through the Sun Dial Garden, joining neighbors for a cup of coffee or a card game, or discovering new interests and hobbies. Everything you need is just steps away at Day Brook Village.
Dining
Our chef-prepared meals are as satisfying as the social atmosphere you’ll experience in our assistance in living dining room. Our assistance in living lifestyle includes three daily meals with seasonal menus that feature resident favorites. Our dining team offers a hot cooked breakfast every day with a variety of options at lunch and dinner, all delivering the traditional flavors of home-cooked meals.
Life-Enriching Activities
Enjoy days filled with opportunities for getting involved and spending time with friends and neighbors seven days a week. Our Certified Activities Director works closely with our residents to ensure activities offerings match resident interests and hobbies.
Catch up on current events, stretch your muscles in a fitness class, raise your voice in a sing-along, or hop in our van for an outing for lunch or to visit a local attraction. Have a favorite way to spend the day? Let our Activities Director know. If it’s not already offered, we’ll work toward adding it to our calendar.

Part of the Community
We take pride in helping our residents continue to experience the activities and scenery that make Holyoke and the surrounding communities throughout Hampden County and the Pioneer Valley a great place to live. We plan excursions for shopping, dining, and exploring local cultural centers, as well as scenic drives for leaf peeping in the fall and taking in the festive displays of Bright Nights at Forest Park around the holidays.
